Then they start hiring teachers who can replicate that environment. Suddenly trained Montessori educators become a very valuable resource. The truth is, this demand will probably stay strong for quite some time. Early childhood education in the UAE is still expanding. New schools open every year. Existing schools expand their early years programs which means the search for well-trained teachers will continue. Teachers who understand Montessori properly will keep finding doors opening for them sometimes quietly but consistently.
