About Silverglades Melia First Citizen Sector 35 Sohna Silverglades Melia First Citizen is the one senior living community in the Gurugram district that a family can visit this week and watch working. Every other scheme in the segment is a launch, a site or a promise: DLF Aureva's registration runs to 2033, JMS Silver Living is quoted at 2030, Pioneer Advait at 2027. This one is built, occupied and running, with nursing and physiotherapy on site rather than in a brochure. It is also the cheapest, at about Rs 1.04 crore. Both of those facts come from the same decision — it is in Sohna, not in Gurugram city.
