As Nehlia Realtors it marketed other developers' projects in Gurugram, Sohna and Jhajjar. In 2026 it changed its name to mark a move into developing its own projects: plotted colonies, farmhouse communities and higher-end homes across North India, in the company's own description. The founder and chief executive is Ashok Nehlia and the managing director is Om Prakash Nehlia, so for anyone searching the Nehlia Realtors owner name, those are the two names on the record and the names to expect on an agreement.
