About DLF Regal Gardens Sector 90 Gurgaon DLF Regal Gardens is a finished society, not a new launch: eight towers of 29 floors on about 11 acres in Sector 90, Gurugram, inside DLF Garden City, completed in late 2016 and lived in since. Six separate one-unit pages for it used to sit on this site, each labelled New Launch and each printing a band such as "Rs 2.27 Cr to Rs 3.23 Cr (est.)" for a 1,744 sq ft flat. Those bands were the area times Rs 13,000, with about 42 per cent added for the top. The page that replaced them said only that no price was on record. Both were wrong, in opposite directions. Read on 4 October 2026, the listings put DLF Regal Gardens at about Rs 12,100 to Rs 12,250 per sq ft on resale. A 3 BHK of 1,737 to 1,760 sq ft asks about Rs 2.1 crore to Rs 2.15 crore; a 4 BHK of 2,225 sq ft asks Rs 2.45 crore to Rs 2.9 crore. Flats in Sector 90 average about Rs 10,900 to Rs 11,200 per sq ft, so the building sits 8 to 12 per cent above its own sector.
