About Signature Global Farmhouse Villas Farrukhnagar Gurgaon Updated 30 September 2026. In short: Signature Global is planning its first farmhouse project on 194.22 acres in Farrukhnagar (also spelt Farukhnagar), Gurugram West. It was announced on 25 September 2026 with a company estimate of Rs 5,500-6,000 crore in sales on 6.77 million sq ft. It is not RERA registered yet, and there is no price, villa size or launch date. It will be sold by invitation, and by value it is the largest project the company has announced so far. Signature Global has put together a 194.22-acre land parcel in Farrukhnagar, on the western edge of Gurugram district, for what it calls an high-end farmhouse villa project. The company told the stock exchanges on 25 September 2026 that it bought 25 acres outright for about Rs 150 crore and signed a collaboration agreement with landowners for the other 169.22 acres. It puts the project's gross development value at Rs 5,500 crore to Rs 6,000 crore on about 6.77 million sq ft of development potential. That is the whole public record today. There is no project name, no Haryana RERA registration, no licence number in the public domain, no price list, no plot or villa sizes and no launch date. The developer has not published a price, and the company's own words are that the villas will be offered by invitation.
